One address reaches everything: [email protected]. Mail is read in batches, so a reply usually takes two to four working days.

A step that did not work

Include the card name, which step failed, and what you actually saw. The single most useful detail is the size and material of the vessel you used, because foam heights and cooling rates depend on it more than on anything else in the card.

Asking for a new experiment

Say what you want to find out rather than which experiment you want. "How do I tell whether a bottle in the fridge is still carbonated" is far easier to write a card for than "please do the Mentos thing". If it can be done at home without mains electricity and without buying anything unusual, it is a candidate.

Safety concerns about a card

Mark it clearly in the subject line. Anything flagged as a safety issue is looked at the same day, and if a grade needs to change it changes for every language version at once.
